ASSOCIATE - HEAD OF LITIGATION
Mr. Owade heads our litigation departmment. He holds a Bachelor of law degree from Moi University and a post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law. He is a fervent legal practitioner with more than Ten (10) years of experience in Litigation. He has been involved in prosecuting and defending of matters on behalf of clients at the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment & Labour Relations Court, Subordinate Courts and Specialized Tribunals. He has his adroitness in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation with special focus on Constitutional Law, Judicial Review and Administrative Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environment and Land Law, Criminal Law and Procurement Law.
